A SWOT analysis is a simple yet valuable process used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats that may affect the achievement of individual or company objectives. It is useful in identifying the favorable or unfavorable internal and external factors that have an impact on your success. In this session, we’ll review the reasons for completing a SWOT, outline the process, and then discuss how to apply the results to your personal life or to your business. You’ll walk away with a small tool kit that you can use immediately in your next strategic planning session or brainstorming meeting.
